We offer a 3 years structural warranty on the main frame construction on our new tiny house trailers. All of our trailers are made in NZ from quality materials and components. Claims accepted under warranty will be attended to in a timely manner. The responsibility and cost of getting the trailer to the service center rests with the owner. We offer a full 12 Month warranty on the following trailers parts. This covers all components including: lights, wheel bearings, frame, wheels and hubs, rollers, winch, jockey wheel Not covered: Punctures and tire damage Brake Pads ,Over loading of Jockey wheel , Damage if severely overloaded or incorrectly set up This warranty forms part of our Terms of Trade except where stated elsewhere.

Deposit of 50% required when placing order. Balance of payment is required in full, in cash, or bank deposit at time of delivery or collection. If buyer cancels order after deposit has been paid the deposit will be forfeited.
